New entrants/Analysts

Requirements

  • Strong academic background from top tier universities
  • A demonstrated capability for analysis and strategic thinking
  • Outstanding analytical, problem-solving, decision-making and negotiation abilities
  • Intellectual ability, demonstrated leadership skills, personal integrity and initiative
  • Very fluent in spoken and written Turkish and English
  • Exposure to financial statements and accounting
  • Comfortable functioning both independently and as part of a team, meeting stringent deadlines while working on multiple projects and maintaining the highest work quality standards

Associates/Senior Associates

Requirements

  • Minimum 3- 4 years of experience in corporate finance, or a background in transaction services, management consulting, equity research and audit
  • CFA is a plus
  • Expertise in financial analysis
  • Exposure to both buy & sell side transactions, while deal closing experience is a big plus
  • Strong academic background from top tier universities
  • Very fluent in spoken and written Turkish and English
  • A demonstrated capability for analysis and strategic thinking
  • Intellectual ability, demonstrated leadership skills, personal integrity and initiative

Major Responsibilities

  • Contributing to the origination and execution of M&A; and direct investment projects
  • Preparing of pitch books, sales documents (teasers, information memorandums, presentations) and financial/operational data analysis of clients
  • Managing relationships, including direct liaison with shareholders, directors, CEOs and private equities
  • Deal origination initiatives, development and maintenance of relationships that bring in business
