Managing Partner
Levent Bosut has over two decades of investment banking and corporate finance experience, advising shareholders, strategic investors and financial sponsors on M&A, private equity, valuation and complex transaction processes.
Prior to his current role, he co-founded PDF Corporate Finance and later guided the firm through its acquisition by TAIB Bank, continuing as a senior executive following the transaction. His career has included board-level and advisory roles at numerous companies, as well as chairing the Turkish operations of Discovery Networks International.
He began his career in project finance at Finansbank in Istanbul and later worked in venture capital at TRIAD Capital in New York. He has also taught finance and economics at both undergraduate and MBA levels at Rutgers University in New Jersey, and has served as a financial expert witness in the United States.
Levent has deep expertise in financial modeling, valuation and transaction structuring, combining analytical rigor with senior-level commercial judgment. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Boğaziçi University, an MS in Management Engineering from NJIT, and an MBA from Rutgers University, where he also completed the coursework and qualifying examination requirements for a PhD in Finance, reaching ABD status.

Özgün Koç is a Partner at Oaklins INHERA, where he focuses on M&A origination, transaction execution and senior client coverage. He advises founders, corporates and investors on shareholder exits, strategic partnerships, growth capital processes and other corporate finance transactions.
He began his career in Deloitte’s Management Consulting practice and later held mid- and senior-level roles at several M&A advisory boutiques in Türkiye. Over more than a decade in M&A advisory, he has worked on strategic and financial transactions across a range of sectors, with particular experience in home and medical hygiene and selected industrial segments such as industrial gearboxes and electric motors.
Özgün brings a strong understanding of the Turkish corporate landscape, sector dynamics and international strategic investor universe. He supports clients throughout the transaction cycle, from origination and positioning to investor outreach, negotiation and execution, with particular relevance in cross-border situations.
He holds a BS in Business Administration from Bilkent University and an MSc in Technology Management from Istanbul Technical University.

Suat is a Partner at Oaklins INHERA, where he leads M&A advisory projects across sell-side and buy-side processes, corporate finance, due diligence and strategic financial advisory mandates. He advises shareholders, founders, corporates and investors throughout the transaction lifecycle.
He brings a multidisciplinary finance background spanning investment banking, transaction advisory, strategic finance, FP&A, financial control and audit. Over the course of his career, he has advised on and executed M&A transactions totaling over USD 500 million, with experience across technology, FMCG, manufacturing, financial services and industrial sectors.
Before joining INHERA, Suat held senior finance and advisory roles at Sestek and Finaas, following strategic financial and controlling positions at Eczacıbaşı Consumer Products and Oyak Mining Metallurgy Group. He began his career at Deloitte. His expertise spans financial modeling, valuation, M&A execution, due diligence, IFRS reporting, management reporting, strategic planning and operational finance.
He holds a BA in Business Administration in English from Istanbul University.

As a Partner at Oaklins INHERA, Demir brings over 25 years of experience in M&A advisory. He has been involved in more than 100 transactions, building extensive experience across sectors including retail, manufacturing, logistics, construction materials, and media, as well as participating in a number of prominent privatization processes. His core expertise includes financial modeling, valuation, transaction structuring, negotiation, and managing deal teams and processes.
Prior to joining Oaklins INHERA, Demir headed the Corporate Finance department at Ata Invest, where he led a team responsible for both origination and execution across multiple industries. Earlier in his career, he held senior roles at several investment banks and boutique advisory firms, where he built and led teams and executed a wide range of transactions.
He holds a BS in Business Administration from Georgetown University.
Senior Analyst
Berk is an senior analyst at Oaklins INHERA in Turkiye. His role includes preparing information memorandums, pitchbooks, teasers and NDAs, as well as conducting company valuations, building financial models and supporting client relationship processes. He works closely with senior team members on live transactions and buy-side and sell-side mandates, contributing to sector research and buyer outreach efforts across a wide range of industries.
Prior to joining Oaklins, Berk gained experience in energy trading at Yildirim Holding and worked as a prop trader at various firms. He graduated from Galatasaray University, one of the leading universities of Turkiye, with a degree in Economics.
Analyst
Mustafa is an analyst at Oaklins INHERA. His role includes preparing transaction materials, conducting sector research, performing financial analysis and company valuations, and supporting senior team members on live transactions across various industries, including both buy-side and sell-side M&A projects.
Before joining Oaklins INHERA, Mustafa gained experience as a junior investment banking analyst at a Swiss M&A advisory firm and as a project finance intern at one of Turkiye’s leading commercial banks.
He holds a BSc in Management from Bilkent University.
Office Manager
Şermin is the office manager for Oaklins Inhera in Turkey and provides executive assistance to Levent Bosut, the firm’s Managing Partner. She has a high level of drive and enthusiasm and a great ability to multitask. In an ever-changing environment with various priorities, Şermin is innovative and adapts easily in any given situation.
Previously, Şermin worked as an Office Manager at Fotech responsible for special projects supply chain before that she worked as an Executive Business Assistant to several companies. Şermin has an BA in Economics from the Anatolian University and holds Business Administration certificates from Kingston University, London, UK. With over 30 years of experience, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her role.
