Project financing of USD 80 mn, and then USD 30 mn for Dalaman Airport International Terminal

Dalaman Airport International Terminal secured project financing of US$80 million, followed by an additional US$30 million financing package. Dalaman Airport International Terminal is a key aviation infrastructure asset serving Muğla, Dalaman and the wider southwest coast of Turkiye. Developed under a build-operate-transfer model, the terminal supports international passenger traffic to one of Turkiye’s major tourism regions and provides airport infrastructure, passenger processing, commercial areas and related terminal services. The project financing supported the development, construction and operation of the international terminal, providing the long-term funding required for a large-scale airport infrastructure investment. The subsequent additional financing package further supported the project’s funding structure and operational development. INHERA acted as financial advisor in the project financing process.
