Acquisition of the leading Turkish online retail business service provider by Arvato Bertelsmann

Arvato Bertelsmann, the business services arm of Bertelsmann, has acquired OGLI e-Solutions Platform, a Turkiye-based e-commerce logistics and order fulfillment services provider, from Otto Group and Limango Turkey for an undisclosed consideration. Established in 2012 and headquartered in Istanbul, OGLI is one of Turkiye’s first dedicated order fulfillment platforms for online retailers. The company provides end-to-end e-commerce logistics services, including order handling, storage, quality control, value-added services, shipping coordination and returns management. Arvato Bertelsmann provides business process outsourcing, supply chain management, CRM and IT services to B2B clients across a wide range of industries. The acquisition strengthened Arvato’s e-commerce logistics capabilities in Turkiye and provided a dedicated local fulfillment platform to support the growth of its supply chain management operations.
