Financial advisor to Gama Holding in the concession tender launched by DHMİ (General Directorate of State Airports Authority) for Izmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal BOT Project

Gama Holding received financial advisory services in connection with the concession tender launched by the General Directorate of State Airports Authority of Turkiye for the İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal BOT Project. İzmir Adnan Menderes Airport International Terminal is one of the key aviation infrastructure assets serving İzmir and the wider Aegean region. The BOT project covered the development, financing, construction and operation of the international terminal under a concession framework granted by DHMİ. Gama Holding is a Turkiye-based infrastructure, construction, energy and investment group with experience in large-scale infrastructure projects. Through the tender process, Gama evaluated an opportunity to participate in the development and operation of a strategic airport infrastructure asset with international passenger traffic, commercial revenue potential and regional economic importance.
