Sale of leading Turkish consulting firm Cluster Alliance to Italian Business Integration Partners (BIP)

Business Integration Partners, a leading Italy-based consulting company, has acquired a majority stake in Cluster Alliance, a Turkiye-based boutique strategy consulting firm, for an undisclosed consideration. Cluster Alliance provides strategy consulting services primarily across payments and retail banking, telecom-media-technology, retail and e-commerce. The company advises clients in Türkiye and international markets on strategic planning, new business development, digital strategy, new product development, commercial uplift, customer management and business intelligence. Founded in 2003, Business Integration Partners provides management consulting and business integration services, with a focus on helping companies identify and adopt disruptive technological innovation. Following the transaction, Cluster Alliance’s founding shareholders remained in active management, and the company continued its operations as a subsidiary of Business Integration Partners under the name BIP Turkey.
