Re-Pie Portföy acquired 100% shares of ITC

ITC provides integrated solid waste management, waste treatment, landfill rehabilitation, recycling, refuse-derived fuel production and energy generation services through a diversified infrastructure platform across Turkiye. The company plays an active role in the circular economy by converting municipal, industrial and other waste streams into energy and value-added outputs. Re-Pie Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. is a Turkiye-based portfolio management company with a broad investment platform across alternative asset classes. The acquisition marks Re-Pie’s entry into a scaled infrastructure platform operating at the intersection of waste management, renewable energy and environmental services.
