Pera Capital Partners acquired a 50% stake in AutoKing

Pera Capital Partners, a Turkiye-focused mid-market private equity firm, acquired a 50% stake in AutoKing, one of Turkiye’s leading automotive repair services providers. AutoKing serves insurance companies and vehicle owners through specialized repair solutions for vehicle bodywork, paintwork, plastic parts and aluminum components. INHERA acted as exclusive financial and strategic advisor to AutoKing and its founder, leading the transaction process and advising on valuation, transaction structure, negotiations and closing.
