Stryker Corporation, a Fortune 500 medical technology company, has acquired Muka Metal A.Ş., Türkiye’s leading manufacturer of hospital beds, stretchers and patient room furniture. Headquartered in Kayseri, Muka Metal designs, manufactures and sells hospital beds, stretchers, patient room furniture and related accessories for healthcare facilities in Türkiye and international markets. Since launching its first hospital bed in 2002, the company has built a strong position in medical furniture through its manufacturing capabilities, product know-how and established customer base. Headquartered in Kalamazoo, Michigan, Stryker is a global medical technology company offering products and services across orthopaedics, medical and surgical, neurotechnology and spine. The acquisition expanded Stryker’s presence in Türkiye and Latin America, while strengthening its bed and stretcher offering with a complementary product portfolio.
