acteragroup has acquired G2M

Actera Group, a Turkiye-focused private equity firm, has acquired a 50% stake in G2M, a Turkiye-based foodservice distribution company. Founded in 1981, G2M supplies food, consumables and cleaning products to out-of-home consumption channels, including hotels, restaurants, catering companies and institutional customers. The company has built a broad product portfolio and distribution platform serving the foodservice market across Turkiye. Actera Group advises private equity funds focused primarily on investments in Turkiye. Through the transaction, G2M partnered with a financial investor to support its next phase of growth in the out-of-home consumption and foodservice distribution market.
