ÜLKER has acquired Rosi

Ülker Group, one of Turkiye’s leading food and consumer goods groups, has acquired Rozi, a Turkiye-based personal care products company. Rozi produces and sells personal care and hygiene products, including baby diapers and feminine hygiene products. The company has developed a position in the Turkish personal care market through its consumer brand, product portfolio and local market presence. Ülker Group operates across food and consumer goods, with a broad portfolio of brands and distribution capabilities in Turkiye. Through the acquisition, Ülker entered the personal care category and added a hygiene products platform to its consumer goods portfolio.
