Servizi Italia has increased its shareholding to a majority stake, including the settlement of an earn-out, in Ankara Laundry Group

Ankara Laundry Group, through Ankateks and its related companies, provides laundry, dry-cleaning, textile rental, housekeeping and related logistics services primarily to healthcare institutions, hotels and sports clubs. Servizi Italia, an Italy-based provider of integrated laundry, textile rental and sterilization services primarily serving the healthcare sector, acquired an additional stake in Ankara Laundry Group two years after its original investment. The transaction included the settlement of an earn-out, substantially increasing the overall value compared with the original transaction, and enabled Servizi Italia to become the majority shareholder.
