Ankara Laundry Group, through Ankateks and its related companies, provides laundry, dry-cleaning, textile rental, housekeeping and related logistics services primarily to healthcare institutions, hotels and sports clubs. Servizi Italia, an Italy-based provider of integrated laundry, textile rental and sterilization services for the healthcare sector, acquired a significant minority stake in the company, marking its entry into the Turkish market through a local partner with strong healthcare-sector expertise. The transaction supported Ankara Laundry Group’s growth in a market with increasing demand for outsourced hospital laundry and sterilization services.
