Legrand Group, a global specialist in electrical and digital building infrastructure, has acquired Inform Elektronik, a Turkiye-based provider of power electronics and uninterrupted power supply solutions. Inform Elektronik designs, manufactures and sells uninterrupted power supply systems, voltage regulators, DC power supply systems, inverters, rack cabinets and other electrical and electronic equipment. The company has built a leading position in the Turkish UPS market through its engineering capabilities, product portfolio and established customer base. Legrand provides electrical and digital infrastructure solutions for commercial, residential and industrial buildings. The acquisition strengthened Legrand’s position in Turkiye and expanded its offering in UPS and secured electrical equipment, supporting the group’s broader strategy in energy efficiency and emerging markets.
