Acquisition of majority stake in leading Turkish plastic molding manufacturer by Rosti Group

Rosti Group, a Sweden-based plastic injection molding and contract manufacturing company, has acquired a 70% majority stake in Tebplast Plastik San. Tic. A.Ş., a Turkiye-based plastic packaging manufacturer, from the founding Teber family for an undisclosed consideration. Headquartered in Istanbul, Tebplast specializes in injection-molded rigid plastic packaging, with a particular focus on in-mold labeling products for the food and beverage industry. The company has developed strong technical know-how in plastic packaging and serves customers through its manufacturing capabilities and sector-specific product expertise. Rosti Group manufactures plastic injection-molded products and provides contract manufacturing solutions across packaging, consumer, industrial and other end-markets. The transaction supported Rosti’s international growth strategy, expanded its presence in Turkiye and the wider region, and added a specialized packaging platform to its operations. Following the transaction, the Teber family remained as shareholders and Tebplast continued its operations as a subsidiary of Rosti under the name Rosti Tebplast.
