Sale of Anele to Netlog Logistics

Netlog Logistics Group, one of Turkiye’s leading logistics companies, has acquired an 80% stake in Anele, a Turkiye-based distributor and supply chain management services provider. Anele provides full-line food, beverage and non-food distribution, together with supply chain management and complementary logistics services, primarily for international remote site, shipping and airline catering industries. The company serves in-flight caterers, airline companies, ship suppliers, remote site catering and life support service providers, as well as wholesalers and traders operating across the Mediterranean, Asia, the Middle East, North Africa and East Africa. Netlog Logistics Group provides integrated logistics, supply chain management and distribution services across multiple sectors. The acquisition expanded Netlog’s service offering into specialized food and non-food supply chain solutions for catering-led end-markets and strengthened its position in regional logistics services.
