Sale of Alfa Çelik to Zeman

Zeman International, one of Europe’s established steel construction groups, has acquired an 80% majority stake in Alfa Çelik, a Turkiye-based designer, fabricator and installer of structural steel systems. Alfa Çelik provides design, fabrication and installation services for steel structures, with capabilities across conventional steel structures, SIN beams and reinforced concrete structures. The company has developed a specialized position in structural steel construction through its engineering know-how, fabrication capacity and project execution capabilities. Zeman International is an international steel construction group with activities across structural steel construction, industrial buildings and related engineering solutions. The transaction provided Alfa Çelik with access to Zeman’s technology, machinery and international market network, while strengthening Zeman’s production and project execution platform in Turkiye.
