Sale of Emsan to Karaca

Karaca, a Turkiye-based houseware and tableware specialist, has acquired Emsan, a local kitchenware producer and wholesaler. Founded in Denizli in 1973, Emsan developed from an enamel workshop into a recognized kitchenware brand, with a product portfolio spanning cookware, tableware and small household appliances. The company built a strong position in the Turkish kitchenware market through its brand recognition, product range and wholesale distribution network. Karaca operates in the houseware, tableware, kitchenware and home products market through a portfolio of consumer brands and retail channels. The acquisition added a well-known kitchenware brand to Karaca’s platform and supported its growth in the broader home and kitchen products segment.
