Sale of Ditaş to Tüpraş by Privatization Administration

Tüpraş has acquired a 51% stake in Ditaş Deniz İşletmeciliği ve Tankerciliği A.Ş. from the Republic of Turkiye Prime Ministry Privatization Administration. Ditaş is a Turkiye-based marine transportation and tanker operations company serving the crude oil and petroleum products market. The company provides domestic and international maritime transportation services for crude oil and refined petroleum products and is one of the established tanker and port operations platforms in Turkiye. Tüpraş is Turkiye’s largest oil refining company and a key energy infrastructure platform. Through the acquisition, Tüpraş strengthened its control over a strategic maritime logistics asset supporting the transportation of crude oil and petroleum products across its refining and distribution value chain.
