Buy-side advisory to Torunlar, Naksan, Kiler consortium to acquire Petkim from the Privatization Administration

Torunlar, Naksan and Kiler Consortium received buy-side advisory services in connection with the proposed acquisition of a 51% stake in Petkim Petrokimya Holding A.Ş. from the Republic of Turkiye Prime Ministry Privatization Administration. Petkim is Turkiye’s main petrochemicals producer, manufacturing a broad range of petrochemical products used across packaging, construction, automotive, agriculture, textiles and other industrial end-markets. The company’s Aliağa complex represents one of the country’s key industrial production platforms. The privatization process represented one of the largest industrial privatizations in Turkiye, involving the block sale of the state-owned 51% stake in Petkim. The consortium participated in the process as a strategic financial buyer group with exposure to construction, industrial, packaging and consumer-related sectors. INHERA acted as buy-side advisor to the Torunlar, Naksan and Kiler Consortium in this privatization process.
