Financial advisor to Gama in its potential investment in Tüpraş during the privatization process

Gama Holding received financial advisory services in connection with its evaluation of a potential investment in Tüpraş during the privatization process of the company. Tüpraş is Turkiye’s largest oil refining company and one of the country’s key energy infrastructure platforms. The company operates refining assets and supplies petroleum products to industrial, commercial and retail markets across Turkiye. The privatization process covered the block sale of the state-owned majority stake in Tüpraş and represented one of Turkiye’s landmark energy privatizations. Through the process, Gama Holding evaluated a potential investment opportunity in a strategic national refining asset with scale, infrastructure importance and exposure to Turkiye’s energy demand.
