Sale of Scholler Arca to Scholler from Galsan

Schoeller Arca Systems, an international specialist in reusable plastic containers and multi-trip packaging systems, has acquired Galsan’s 50% stake in Schoeller Arca Turkiye. Schoeller Arca Turkiye was established as a local platform combining Schoeller Arca Systems’ know-how in reusable transport packaging with Galsan’s plastic injection manufacturing capabilities in Turkiye. The company served industrial customers with reusable containers and packaging systems designed to support efficient material handling, logistics and supply chain operations. Schoeller Arca Systems provides reusable container and multi-trip packaging solutions for industrial, automotive, retail, food and other logistics-intensive end-markets. Through the transaction, Schoeller Arca Systems became the full owner of its Turkiye platform and consolidated its local operations in the market.
