Sale of Melet Enerji to Kalyon Group

Kalyon Group, a Turkiye-based construction and energy group, has acquired Melet Enerji Elektrik Üretim ve Ticaret A.Ş., the holder of a 28 MW hydroelectric power plant license, from İçkale Group. Melet Enerji was established as an energy generation company with a hydroelectric power plant development license. The company represented a renewable energy development asset within İçkale Group’s energy portfolio. Kalyon Group operates across construction, infrastructure, energy and related sectors. Through the transaction, Kalyon Group added a hydroelectric development project to its energy portfolio and expanded its renewable energy investment platform. INHERA acted as financial and strategic advisor to İçkale Group in this transaction.
